Preben Brecke joined Haavind 1st February 2010 and is an M&A and Corporate specialist. He has extensive experience in Norwegian and international transactions and M&As, in particular within the Private Equity sector. For many years Preben worked with both Norwegian and international Private Equity funds. Preben Brecke is recognised as a dedicated, driven lawyer and one who can really move a transaction forward in Legal 500. Erling Marcussen Timm has worked at Haavind since 2003, and is recognised as an up and coming lawyer among Norway's leading experts in the field of real estate in Chambers Europe. Erling is well known as an expert on development, lease and financing of housing and commercial properties, and transactions for real estate developers and companies.
