Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine has undertaken extensive research among attorneys-at-law, patent attorneys and users of legal services involved in life sciences patent litigation in order to develop an overview of the world’s leading patent litigators in 2010.
Haavind has over the past years put emphasis on this practice area and built up a strong group of lawyers specialising in this field. We are therefore very pleased that Haavind is ranked as "highly recommended" in IAM's survey. In addition, two of our highly experienced lawyers, Håkon Bleken and Anne Marie Sejersted, were classed as "top ranked” in patent law.
These results highlight Haavind’s strong position in the Norwegian market in IPR.
