Our lawyers have state-of-the-art expertise and broad experience in public procurement, and the scope of many of our cases requires interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas of expertise to find good solutions.
The chairman of the Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the author of Offentilige anskaffelser (Public Procurement), which provides a thorough introduction to the regulations and practice related to public procurement, are both lawyers with our firm. We are, for example, the authors of the article on Norway in The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Public Procurement 2009.
Our lawyers develop and hold courses and seminars for our clients, and we are popular lecturers. We publish a public procurement newsletter, in addition to organising news and discussion forums for public sector buyers.
We are three partners and 10 lawyers who assist public sector buyers and private suppliers at all stages of the procurement process, including the preparation of the competition documentation. We have long experience from providing assistance with complaints and actions before the courts.
