There are constant changes in the Property Law area of expertise. This area of expertise encompasses any possible rights and claims associated with real estate, from the right of ownership and limited rights to public law rights, such as concessions.
Even through most of this field is regulated by law, there is a significant development of the rules through case law. In addition, key parts of the regulations are amended continuously as a result of changes in political attitudes. The constant legislative amendments concerning ground leases are a good example of this in recent years. We have, therefore, a close association with the Real estate business area and play a key role in the advisory services provided to our clients.
Our lawyers participate actively in the field and hold a number of lectures and presentations for lawyers and others who require guidance in this field. In addition, we write a number of articles in journals and other periodicals.
We consist of 10 lawyers, three of whom are partners. We provide advice in the following areas:

- Allodial rights
- Pollution
- Recovery of minerals and deposits
- Development of large and small power plants, in particular the clarification of water fall rights
- Development of wind power plants, especially clarification of ground rights
