We have an extensive property development and transaction practice, and our area of expertise covers both legal and commercial problems that may arise in this context. We take instructions from landowners, developers, managers, brokers and finance companies.
Our lawyers have attained a high level of professional recognition, both nationally and internationally, and several of them are ranked as leading lawyers in their field. We are popular as lecturers, and we have contributed to the publication of a number of academic books.
We have 25 lawyers, seven of whom are partners, who focus on advisory services related to the acquisition, sale, development and leasing of property, including:

- Organisation of development projects: dividing/joining, sectioning, establishment of housing cooperatives, property funds
- Financing of property projects: sale/leaseback, leasing and syndication/preparation
- Acquisition and sale of industrial and commercial properties and property portfolios
- Public/private cooperation for the acquisition, development, leasing and management of schools and other public institutions
- Development and contract strategy
