Planning and Building Law is an area of expertise in the borderland between public and private law, which encompasses land use planning, impact assessments, consideration of building applications, building site requirements, buildings and infrastructure, reimbursement, development agreements, etc.
We are up to date on the most recent changes and practice, and lawyers in this area of expertise regularly write articles and lecture on topics of current interest. One of our lawyers is the co-author of the textbook Planning and Building Law, which is the principal publication in this field.
