We have a solid Litigation team with long-standing traditions. Our 15 lawyers, six of whom are partners, have extensive experience with handling cases before the courts and other bodies for the resolution of disputes. We have 17 lawyers who are entitled to appear before the Norwegian Supreme Court.
Our Litigation team has a broad expertise in all aspects of litigation. In addition to handling cases before the court, we are also involved indirectly assisting other lawyers with dispute resolution perspective. It is not unusual that lawyers on the Litigation team take over responsibility for litigating cases that were handled earlier by other lawyers. In this way we have a good combination of expert knowledge and litigation experience.

The Litigation area of expertise is responsible for dividing cases between the associates so that they can satisfy the requirements for a license to practice law.
